To answer that question. I will explain the current blockhain problem, namely privacy and security issues. Every country will certainly pay attention to both things. Privacy is considered very important because not all data must be disclosed in detail to the public, there is data that becomes very confidential and cannot be published as well as the state treasury. Meanwhile, this technology allows everyone to exchange data in a transparent and decentralized manner.

When someone asked, when will the government an commercial adopt blockhain? the answer is when the team succeeds in modifying blockhain so blockhain is only limited to knowing the data but not the details up to the numbers.

Cryptocurrencies are still in their infancy but we are already seeing some adoption by businesses across the world that are starting to accept crypto currencies, the pace is slow but at least adoption is happening, I'm sure that as soon as a big corp like Google, Amazon or Apple start accepting cryptocurrencies, the market will explode and so will adoption.

On the other side of your question... Governments... Governments are always late adopters, especially when it comes to cutting edge technology... A lot of government officials across the world still use blackberry phones... Let that sink in and then reconsider about governments lol
