Indeed, it would be very difficult to forgive someone who made a big mistake for us

we may feel angry with them, but it is not a good thing to keep the anger lingering.

Because, this can make the move on process hampered. We will be a person who is less pleasant for the people around

for me personally, I prefer to forgive them. Try to be brave to forgive, and feel the good benefits.

1 by forgiving Heal Your Lungs.

Believe it or not, but forgiving can heal wounds in your heart. Try it, when you forgive your ex and forget about your mistakes in the past

at that moment your heart feels a little more relieved. As if the wound is closing slowly

If the wound can heal because of forgiveness, why do you feel at home to keep the wound gaping to make you feel always sick

Don't harm yourself.

2 by forgiving Lighten Your Inner Burden

Anger And the grudge you save for your ex is actually just burdening your heart.

These negative feelings become a burden in your heart and make your chest tight

you make the burden lift so that your heart becomes lighter.

By forgiving too, You can ease your ex's burden. He can calmly leave you who has sincerely forgiven him.

At the very least, the problem between you is finished so he can move lightly to move on to the front

3 Cleanse Your Heart

When saving anger and revenge, your heart is filled with various negative feelings.

To clean it, not by realizing the revenge on the former, but by forgiving him. Negative feelings in your heart cannot be cleaned with negative things. It is precisely the positive thing that can clean it

So you need to forgive your partner when your heart feels tight and hurt.
