How does musing.io work?

I am very new to musing.io (like an hour) and I just have a few basic questions I haven't been able to find the answer to anywhere yet, as to how it interacts with our Steemit accounts.

  1. If we vote on questions here, does that bring down our VP? And I'm assuming our votes are worth the same on here as on the platform?
  2. Do the payouts here work with your steem wallet? i.e. do they work in the same manner, and is that where they appear?

I am slowly learning, thank you for your patience :) Hope y'all are having a great day

It is important to note that platforms like Musing.io and Steemit.com are only built on top of the STEEM Blockchain. This sites/apps are only UI's. This means all transactions (votes/comments/resteems,etc..) one will make on these platforms will still be recorded on the same Blockchain those other platforms are built upon and must adhere to the same rules and mechanisms that were put in place.

To clarify your questions:

1, Yes! It does bring down your Voting Power (-2% for a 100% vote) and will be the same worth as voting on other platform.

2. Yes! Since Musing is just built on top of the Steem Blockchain, All rewards you have gotten in here will directly go to your Steem Wallet. One great thing about Musing is that unlike other platforms, Musing does not take any beneficiary rewards or a cut in someone's payout.

Thank you! You answered my question perfectly

Yeah when you upvote on this platform it will automatically reflect on your voting power and reduce it the normal way it will be reduced if it was on steemit you

upvoted someone...so yeah the worth of your upvotes on steemit is the same worth here on this platform so it is the same......

Whatever rewards you earn on this platform is recorded on the steem blockchain so you will receive your rewards on your steem wallet, for your information whatever you post on this platform will appear on your

steemit profile so whatever you earn here will be credited to your steem wallet during the usual 7days payout after the day the content was created...

on this platform you can earn rewards through upvotes, you can ask questions or give answers to questions and if your question or answer is good

enough then you can get upvotes from this platform...one thing i can guarantee you is that this platform is a wonderful one and you will really enjoy it....

Musing.io is a question and answer platform based on Steem Blockchain. With this platform, it will be easier for users to interact in the form of questions and answers and allow users to get rewards.

Thanks to @musing for developing the Musing.io platform that has added a platform variant to Steem Blockchain.

how it works musing will provide upvotes for quality questions and answers.

big upvote depends on the quality of steemian's questions and answers
