No, not at all. Virginity bears no relationship to love and marriage whatsoever.
If you love someone enough to want to marry a person, their virginity doesn't matter at all. It's none of your business about their personal life before you met them.
I'm not sure why this could possibly be an issue apart from religious indoctrination?
Love is not dependant on anything. It is pure and unconditional, and that includes a persons previous romantic sex life.
Enjoy being in love and stop thinking about the persons past. If you can't, then you need to question whether you truly love this person or not.
