How do students drop out if they exceed the maximum study period?

Is there really a DO rule for students for undergraduate (undergraduate) level who cannot complete college for 5 years?

Thanks.

Every human brain has it own capacity and limits, same way a memory card cannot exceed its capacity. When study exceeds the brain limit, the more the more loses it and some call it brainwash.

I think this depends strongly on the country and the underlying law or regulation. In Austria for example, you can theoretically study forever, but after the 6 semester you have to pay for further studying. In most of the countries this is the situation I think. You should consult your local university support center to receive further information.
