Unfortunately, there is no exercise that will flatten your stomach. Any exercise used to target your stomach will actually make it grow. Your abdominal muscles are much like the other muscles in your body—if you work them out, they will grow.

The way to flatten your stomach is through diet and cardiovascular workouts. This will remove the fat on top of your abdominal muscles and in turn flatten your stomach.

First, cut out as many simple carbohydrates in your diet as possible. For example, sodas, sugary drinks, candy, and other desert items.

Second, up your water intake. You can drop body fat percentage noticeably in a month with drinking a gallon of water a day and changing nothing else.

Third, run/jog your butt off! Or in this case your belly off.

I only do about 2 minutes of ab work a week and sometimes I don’t do it at all. Abs are made in the kitchen and treadmill!

This is suggestion yet you have to make sense of what work best for you:

Know you body.Sleep cycles, digestion and so on with the goal that you

do stuff most appropriate for your body. E.g. I can not have anything before working out as I tend to through up after.

Just activities alone won't contact you anyplace. Loosing stomach and getting level and tight abs are about muscle to fat ratio. Devise an eating

routine arrangement. Keto or Atkinson. Low on carb and high on protein.Lot of water and filaments.

Excercise: What is implied by straightforward activities!? There are no straightforward activities thinking about your prerequisite. Do cardio and

circuit. Also all stomach muscle works out. No agony no pick up. Period.

No bamboozling. Strict teach. Indeed, even to the point of torment.

No junk food/liquor or smoking. Cheap food includes pointless calories and increments carbs needing. Liquor and smoking goofs up with digestion.

Pick a game and play it consistently. Thrilling approach to accomplish your objective.

To keep the body healthy is an obligation... else we will not have the capacity to keep our mind solid and clear.
