Busy is a very solid form of activity and there is no time to do anything else. In your opinion, how do you take the time to meet a partner if we are both busy?

I think this is something that the both of you have to decide. If it's important to the two of you then you'll make out time. You guys may be busy 7 days a week but I guarantee that if you're truly interested in meeting or spending time with your partner then both of you will be willing to make sacrifices.
How bout both of you agree on a particular day(s) days a week that you guys will meet and no matter what either of you have to do that day, you'll drop it and spend time with each other.
If you guys can't do that then there's no point being with each other.
