Musing is a very big platform in which we can solve the question by giving them answer so for that musing doesn't see the length you had written but they see how you spell the answers in proper sentence or not so give proper answer of the question.
If you write proper answer in proper manner but you are not getting up otes it means that the way you are writing the answer should be change the style of writing it is not that the small length in answer not give upvote buy if you write proper words and make proper sentence then surely you will get uovote
