Typically, asking the questions require less time and energy, hence there are lot of questions which would remain unanswered in certain categories. In the popular categories such as Steemit, Blockchain or questions related to musing, i believe every question would be answered by atleast 3 or even 4 musers.
In not so popular categories only 70% of the questions would be unanswered. Overall if we consider musing as a whole, i guess for every question there would be one answer on an average hence the proportion of questions asked would be similar or equal to answers.
