If I haven't made an error (and do, please, check me and correct me if I have) 10 billion * 1 billion = 10 quintillion.
Totally global wealth, by one report, is $454 trillion.
10 quintillion is 22,000 times that much.
So it would take 22,000 global Earth economies to give everyone what she thinks Elon Musk could give on his own.
(That's not to mention that a billion dollars suddenly wouldn't be worth much. All money would just be Zimbabwean $100 trillion bills.)
