Muslims and the adoration of the Virgin Mary

When it is spoken about a union of all religions having the papacy as the head of this union, some Christians are skeptical, not because they do not know that today Protestantism is hand in hand with Rome, but because there is still a religion that is so great in number of members such as Catholicism, and for such a union of all denominations to be possible, without a doubt that Islam has to be part of the ecumenical union.
