Muxxybot is being decommissioned

Last July I started my @Muxxybot curation account. With it my curation team and I have shared many minnow posts. First there were general posts, then fiction was added, poetry curation and finally French community posts.

Thanks to the many Steemians who delegated to the project we have been able to reward new users posts.

Last month I announced that the project was taking a break. The main reason for this is that maybe due to the lower price of Steem and SBD, the team was struggling to find enough posts to curate. This situation has improved little.

You might detect a whiff of frustration with the Steem platform in my last post and that possibly fuels my decision to shut down the Muxxybot curation project.

I want to thank all of the curators who put in the time and work to trawl through Steemit / Busy for worthy posts to share. It's not an easy job to sort the wheat from the considerable chaff.

I also want to thank each and every delegator who lent some of their voting power for the account to be able to upvote curated posts.

Finally, thanks to everyone who followed the account and a special thank you to @overkillcoin and @kristyglas for the artwork I used in each curation post.
