Hey guys, here are some of my hobbies. I really like reading books, going on long walks, I sing as well but my favorite among this is playing soccer.
Well, it's a sport that has gotten my attention for as long as I can remember and I honestly don't see myself not playing soccer. I mean it's either I'm watching a match or on the field. It's a really great form of exercise and it's a good distraction as it takes away any form of stress and worries. Another reason it's my favorite is because of the competition. I really like going up against tougher teams as it is an avenue to get more experience, I try as much as possible to get in as much goals as I can in every match, I mean who doesn't like to score.
Most of the time, I play football during my free time, mostly on weekends because as we all know it's a team sport so I surround myself not only the best team mates but the most flexible ones who welcome new strategies and tactics,this being that even a little disagreement is capable of taking the fun out of the game.
Well, when I play soccer the first and only thing on my mind is probably what goes through every other person's mind on the field and that is the need to score goals, that goes for all except the goal keeper I guess.
It's a fun activity especially when you're on the winning side and the main reason I play is to have fun so I wouldn't say it's a priority due to the fact that it doesn't affect the time I get to spend with my family and partner.
One of the best things about it is that it doesn't cost much to participate. Just a pair of boots, jersey, shorts, a few team mates and a conducive environment in order to make sure there is no disturbance and damage to properties. Since I've been playing soccer for a while now and maybe due to the fact that I'm one of the best players on my team, I would say that I'm a good footballer,or at least I am well on my way even though I do not practice it as a profession as of now but I'm looking forward to doing so if ever the opportunity rises.
