ေျခသည္း လက္သည္းေပြးျဖစ္ခဲ့လ်ွင္ ေဆး50mg ကိုေျခာက္ပတ္အထိေပးရပါမည္။
အမ်ိဳးသမီးေယာနိႏွင့္ အမိ်ဳးသားလိင္တံမိႈစြဲနာမ်ားအတြက္ ေဆး150mgကို တစ္ႀကိမ္ေသာက္႐ုံျဖင့္ လုံေလာက္ပါသည္။အစာေရမ်ိဳေရာင္ယမ္းျခင္း၊အဆုတ္ေရာင္ယမ္းျခင္း၊ဆီးလမ္းေၾကာင္းေရာင္ယမ္းျခင္း၊ေလႁပြန္ေရာင္ယမ္းျခင္းမ်ားအတြက္ စားေဆးအျဖစ္ 50mg ေလးပါတ္အထိေသာက္ရပါမည္။
