အေတြးေတြကို အျပန္အလွန္ ထိမ္းညွိႏိုင္ဖို႕ဆိုတာက ကိုယ့္ အသိဥာဏ္အေတြးအေခၚေတြထဲမွာ သမၼတရယ္ လႊတ္ေတာ္ရယ္ တရားေရးရယ္ဆိုတဲ့ အျပန္အလွန္ check and balance ဆိုတဲ့ အကန္႕မ်ိဳးေတြ တည္ေဆာက္ႏိုင္မွ. မဟုတ္ရင္ တစ္ဘက္ဘက္ကို အားသာျပီး အထိမ္းအကြ႔ပ္မဲ့ ေတာ္လွန္ေရး ၊ အထိမ္းအကြပ္မဲ့အေတြး၊ အခ်က္အလက္မဲ့ဆင္ျခင္မွုေတြက လူကို ေခ်ာက္ထဲဆြဲခ်တတ္တယ္။
အေေတြးအေခၚ ေဖာက္ထြက္ဖို႕ လိုအပ္တယ္ဆိုတာ ရွိတာအကုန္ကိုဆန္႕က်င္ဘက္လိုက္ေတြးဖို႕မဟုတ္သလို အေတြးအေခၚေဖာက္ထြက္တယ္ဆိုတာ ဘာလာလာ ေဖာက္ထြက္မယ္ဆို သူမ်ားနဲ႕မတူေအာင္ ေတြးတာမ်ိဳးလည္း မဟုတ္ဘူး ယူဆပါတယ္။
တစ္ခါတစ္ေလ မိရိုးဖလာ ဆိုတာေတြမွာလည္းေကာင္းက်ိဳးေတြ ၇ွိတယ္။
ေကာင္းေအာင္ လို႕ပညတ္ေပးခဲ့တာကို နားမလည္ေတာ့ အသိမပါဘဲက်င့္သံုး မိရာကေန အခ်ိန္ကာလၾကာလို႕ မူလနဲ႕ အံေခ်ာ္သြားတာလည္းရွိမယ္။ မေခ်ာ္ဘဲ ေကာင္းေနတာလည္း ရွိမယ္။ ကိစၥတစ္ခုကိုကိုယ္ဥာဏ္မမွီတိုင္းလည္း ဆန္႕က်င္စရာ မလိုသလို ကိုယ့္အလိုနဲ႕မကိုက္တိုင္းလည္း ျငင္းပါယ္ပစ္စရာ မလိုဘူး။
အဲ့မွာ ရိုးသားဖို႕ အေရးၾကီးတယ္။ သူမ်ားအေပၚ မ႐ိုးသားတာထက္ ကိုယ့္ကိုယ္ကိုမ႐ိုးသားတာက ပိုသတိထားဖို႕ခက္တယ္။ လူေတြက သူမ်ားကိုလိမ္ေနျပီဆို ကိုယ့္ကိုယ္ကိုေတာ့ သိေသးတယ္။ ကိုယ့္ကိုယ္ကို လိမ္ျပီဆိုရင္ေတာ့ ကိုယ္တိုင္သိဖို႕ ခက္သြားတယ္။
႐ိုးသားမွုမ၇ွိဘဲ ဘယ္နယ္ပါယ္ကိုမွ ၀င္လို႕မရပါဘူး။
