Thaing Is Myanmar Traditional Martial Art since Myanmar Kings times used in King's army. It has many branches such as Bando (unarmed combat), Banshae (Self Defence With Arms), Thaing Baung Pyan, Shan Gyi Thaing, etc... Today Myanmar Lethwei (Myanmar Traditional Boxing) Is arrived from Thaing Bando. To known about this martial arts you can search in Google & Youtube with the names such as Thaing, Bando, Thaing Bando, Lethwei....
