Childrens of Kaw Thoo Lei (Karen State Myanmar), Life after War

Today, I want to bring you to a place where you can't go, deep inside Kaw Thoo Lei, the Karen State in Myanmar (ex-Burma). The Karen people were fighting alongside with the British during the second world war against the Japanese. They are the king of the Jungle and they were fear by Japanese soldiers. They help to kick out Japanese from many places and they were promised by the British to get their independence but as the British left Burma, they leave the Karen people alone with their problems. Karen peoples are some of the first people to live in Burma long before Burmese. The head of the Karen revolution Saw Ba U Gyi was a Karen who studies at the University of Yangoon and become a lawyer. From 1937 to 1939, he served as the Minister of Revenue of British Burma, and from February to April 1947, as the Minister for Transport and Communications of Burma. In 1947 a military coup killed the head of the country Major General Aung San the father of Aung San Suu Kyi (he is also responsible for the independence of Burma from British rules). At the time of his killing Burma turn into an authoritarian country, with a military junta at the head of the country. Saw Ba U Gyi learning about the killing of Major General Aung San, as he was a minister of transport under Aung San, he decides to run away to the jungle of Karen State (where he coming from). As he saw the new ruling Junta making the all country a place of fear, violence, and craziness, he decides to reunite the Karen soldiers who use to fight alongside the British. The Karen Revolution start in 1949 and still going on today, even at the moment there is a cease-fire and today's Myanmar (Burma) ruling is way much better than what it was only years back. But no one is ready to give up a little. The Karen War is the longest and most secretive war in the world as Karen State has many resources. This is the biggest State of Myanmar and also the biggest ethnic group. Karens are easy going people and never think in a bad way. Today they are trying to rebuild their lives under the security of the Karen National Liberation Army. Karen State is one of the place in the world where there are more landmines than anywhere in the world. Burma Army uses to put mines in their rice fields and burn down their village, killing all the man and raping the woman. Hopefully, today is a better situation and they can look forward but keep an eye on Myanmar Army and defend their territory with glory for 70 years. I will post more about them as the media around the world bring only misinformation about what really happens in the most beautiful country in the world, Burma. They keep tell us about the Rohingya so-called genocide, but no one tells the true and for the Rohingya case the government of Myanmar as really done its best to resolve in a peaceful way a problem bring by Rohingyas and some Saudi Arabia fanatic Islamists you can read my two posts about this issue Here and Here and if you still skeptical you can even ask some Myanmar peoples on Steemit.
So today I post some photos to show you smiles are back and the rebuilding is going well.
