သင္၏စာရြက္စာတမ္းကို ဘာသာျပန္ရန္ ပထမဆံုး ၄င္းကို WFA အတြင္းသို႔ ထည့္ရပါမည္။ ထိုသို႔လုပ္ေဆာင္ရန္ upload button ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ သို႔မဟုတ္ ဖိဆြဲျပီး ထည့္ေပးပါ။

သင္၏ TM ႏွင့္ စာရြက္စာတမ္းသည္ ယခု အသင့္ျဖစ္ေနပါျပီ။ ဘာသာျပန္ျခင္းက႑ကို စတင္ႏိုင္ပါျပီ။
Translation tab မွ Start/Next button ကို ႏွိပ္ေပးပါ။ ပထမဆံုးအပိုင္းပြင့္လာပါသည္။
အပိုင္းမ်ားႏွင့္ပတ္သက္ျပီး အေျခခံသိသင့္သည္မ်ား
• မူလအပိုင္းသည္ ပံုေသျဖစ္ျပီး ျပင္ဆင္၍ မရပါ။
• ျပန္ဆိုသည့္အပိုင္းကို ျပင္ဆင္ႏိုင္ပါသည္။ ၄င္းေနရာတြင္ သင္၏ဘာသာျပန္ကို ရိုက္ထည့္သည္။
• အပိုင္းကို သံုးမ်ိဳး ျမင္ႏုိင္ပါသည္ : Classic, Horizontal (ပံုေသ) ႏွင့္ vertical တို႔ျဖစ္ပါသည္ (ေျပာင္းလဲရန္ View tab မွ Doc Layout button သို႔ သြားပါ)
• TM မွ အဆိုျပဳခ်က္ မရွိလွ်င္ WFA ရွိ Machine Translation (MT) က ျပန္ဆိုသည့္ဘာသာစကားကို ၾကိဳတင္ျဖည့္ေပးပါသည္။ Machine Translation ကို လိေမၼာ္ေရာင္ေနာက္ခံျဖင့္ ျပထားပါသည္။ (မွတ္ခ်က္ ၚ Wordfast Anywhere တြင္ MT ကို ပိတ္ထားႏုိင္ပါသည္။ (Wordfast Anywhere tab => Setup button => Setup Machine Translation link).
• TM တြင္ မူလစာသားအတိအက်ရွိလွ်င္ ( လံုးဝတူညီသည္ သို႔ ရာႏႈန္းျပည့္တူညီသည္) ဆီေလွ်ာ္ေသာ ဘာသာျပန္မႈကို အစိမ္းေရာင္ေနာက္ခံျဖင့္ ျပထားပါသည္။
• TM တြင္ မူလစာသားတူညီစြာရွိလွ်င္ ( ရာႏႈန္းျပည့္ေတာ့ မတူညီပါ) ၄င္းဘာသာျပန္ဆိုမႈကို အဝါေရာင္ေနာက္ခံျဖင့္ ျပသျပီး ကြဲျပားသည္မ်ားကို အေရာင္ျခယ္ေပးထားပါသည္။
• ဘာသာျပန္ျပီးသားအပိုင္းကို ျပန္ဖြင့္မိလွ်င္ ရွိေနေသာ ဘာသာျပန္သည္ ပန္းေရာင္ေနာက္ခံေျပာင္းသြားပါမည္။
၄င္းအေျခခံလုပ္ေဆာင္မႈအတြက္ Alt ႏွင့္ Down ကို တြဲႏွိပ္ရန္ အၾကံျပဳပါသည္။ သာမန္လုပ္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားတြင္ ျဖတ္လမ္းနည္းျဖင့္ ဆက္စပ္ေနပါသည္။ (Wordfast Anywhere tab => Setup button => Shortcuts tab ကို္ၾကည့္ပါ)
ဘာသာျပန္သည့္အပိုင္းကို အဆံုုးသတ္ရန္ Close button ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ။
WFA က ဖိုင္ဆိုဒ္ၾကီးသည့္ စာရြက္စာတမ္းကို ဆြဲယူပါက စာသားမ်ားအားလံုးကို စခရင္တြင္ မျမင္ႏို္င္ပါ။ ဘာသာျပန္ေနသည့္အတြင္း စာရြက္စာတမ္းကို နည္းနည္းစီ ဆြဲယူပါသည္။ သို႔ေသာ္လည္း View tab ရွိ button မ်ားကို အသံုးျပဳျပီး စာရြက္အတြင္းပိုင္းသို႔ ေရြ႕ေျပာင္းႏုိင္ပါသည္။
ဘာသာျပန္ရာတြင္ အကူအညီရရန္ အလုိအေလ်ာက္အၾကံျပဳသည့္လုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္ကို ပံုေသဖြင့္ထားပါသည္။ ၄င္းသည္ ဘာသာမျပန္ရေသးသည့္ စကားလံုးမ်ား စကားစုမ်ား ေဝါဟာရမ်ားကို အဆိုျပဳေပးပါမည္။ မူလအပိုင္းမွ tag တစ္ခုကို ျပန္ကူးခ်င္ပါက tag proposal ကို ဖြင့္ေပးရန္ < ဟု ရိုက္ထည့္ပါ။
Document delivery (စာရြက္စာတမ္းပို႔ျခင္း)
- File tab ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ
- Download button ကို ႏွိပ္ပါ
- ဘာသာျပန္ထားသည့္ စာရြက္စာတမ္းကို ေရြးခ်ယ္ျပီး OK button ကို ႏွိပ္ေပးပါ
ေဒါင္းလုတ္ဆြဲျပီးပါက စာရြက္စာတမ္းမ်ားကို အတည္ျပဳပါ။ သင့္အလုပ္ေနရာတြင္ မည္သည့္အခ်ိန္တြင္မဆို စာရြက္စာတမ္း ၁၀ ခုထက္ ပိုရွိ၍ မရပါ။ ေနာက္ထပ္ စာရြက္စာတမ္းမ်ားအတြက္ ေနရာလြတ္ရွိေအာင္ အတည္ျပဳျပီးပါက အလုပ္ေနရာမွ ဘာသာျပန္ထားသည့္ စာရြက္စာတမ္းမ်ားကို ဖ်က္ပစ္ပါ။
