SPF နဲ႔ UV ကြာျခားပံုကိုေျပာျပခ်င္ပါတယ္။Lotion၊ Makeup၊Powder၊Day Cream ေတြမွာ SPF30PA+++ စသျဖင့္ ေရးထားတာျမင္ဖူးျကလိမ့္မယ္ထင္ပါတယ္။SPF နဲ႔ UV ဟာေနေလာင္ဒဏ္ ကာကြယ္တာခ်င္းအတူတူပါပဲ ဒါေပမယ့္ ေဒသ၊ရာသီဥတု အလိုက္ ေရြးခ်ယ္ျပီး အသံုးျပဳသင့္ပါတယ္။
SPFဟာအပူပိုင္းေဒသမ်ားတြင္အသံုးျပဳရမွာျဖစ္ျပီး UV ဟာ အေအးပိုင္းေဒသမ်ားမွာအသံုးျပဳသင့္ပါတယ္။ 
SPFပါတဲ့ Lotion၊Makeup မ်ားကို ေနျပည္ေတာ္၊မန္းေလး၊စစ္ကိုင္း၊ပခုကၠဴ စသည့္ အပူပိုင္းေဒသမ်ားတြင္သံုးသင့္ပါတယ္။
UVပါတဲ႔ product မ်ားကိုေတာ့ ေတာင္ႀကီး၊မိုးကုတ္၊ျပင္ဦးလြင္၊လိြဳင္ေကာ္ စသည့္ အေအးပိုင္း ေဒသမ်ားတြင္ အသံုးျပဳသင့္ပါတယ္။
