ေျပာင္းလဲမႈကို စီမံခန္႔ခြဲမႈ ဆိုတာ အဖြဲ႔အစည္းတစ္ရပ္လံုး ေျပာင္းလဲမႈျဖစ္ေအာင္ တစ္ဦးျခင္းျဖစ္ေစ၊ အသင္းမ်ားနဲ႔ျဖစ္ေစ၊ အဖြဲ႔အစည္းတစ္ခုလံုးျဖစ္ေစ ျပင္ဆင္ေဆာင္ရြက္မႈကို ဆိုလိုျခင္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ Change ကို ေရွာင္လႊဲလို႔မရပါဘူး။ အရာအားလံုးဟာ အျမဲတမ္းေျပာင္းလဲေနပါတယ္။ လူေတြဟာ ေျပာင္းလဲမႈနဲ႔ပတ္သက္ၿပီး မႀကိဳက္ၾကပါဘူး။ ဘာလို႔လဲဆိုေတာ႔ လူေတြဟာ လက္ရွိေရာက္ရွိေနတဲ႔ ေနရာ၊ ရာထူးတို႔က တည္ျမဲေနတယ္လို႔ ယူဆေလ႔ရွိၾကတယ္။ ဒါေပမယ္႔ ကမၻာႀကီးကိုယ္တိုင္က ေျပာင္းလဲေနၿပီး ထိုအေျပာင္းအလဲေနာက္ကို မလိုက္ဘဲ ေနခဲ႔မယ္ဆိုရင္ တိုးတက္မႈဆိုတာ ရွိလာမွာ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ ထို႔အတူပဲ တိုးတက္မႈမရွိရင္ ဆက္လက္ရွင္သန္ႏိုင္ဖို႔ ခက္ခဲမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

Organization ကို ေျပာင္းလဲဖို႔အတြက္ဆိုရင္ မိမိရဲ႕၀န္းက်င္ကိုလည္း ထည့္သြင္းစဥ္းစားဖို႔ လိုအပ္ပါတယ္။ ပတ္၀န္းက်င္ကေျပာင္းလဲေနၿပီး မိမိက ထိုအေျပာင္းအလဲေနာက္ကို မလိုက္ႏိုင္ခဲ႔ဘူးဆိုလွ်င္ မိမိရဲ႕ organization ဟာ ေနာက္မွာ က်န္ေနခဲ႔ၿပီး ဆံုးရွံဳးမႈနဲ႔ ရင္ဆိုင္ရမွာ မလြဲမေသျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဥပမာအေနနဲ႔ စာေပးစာယူ ကိစၥေတြမွာ တျခား Organization ေတြက ေျပာင္းလဲလာတဲ႔ နည္းပညာနဲ႔အညီ email ကို အသံုးျပဳၿပီး စာပို႔ေနခ်ိန္မွာ မိမိတို႔က စာတိုက္မွ စာပို႔သည္ စနစ္ကိုသာ အသံုးျပဳေနပါမႈ မိမိ ဘယ္ေလာက္ေနာက္က်က်န္ေနလိမ္႔ပါမည္နည္း။
