[1st round] Steam power rental business

Hello there. If you need more steam power, I think you will have a lot of trouble getting steam power up. I prepared for the steam renting business.

Since it is in beta, there may be trial and error.

Rental cost is 6SBD based on 08:56 Korea time.

Lease criteria

1. Reputation (number next to the name) The cost of renting for 47 persons or less is 8SBD.

2. The cost of renting a flat 47 or more is 6SBD.

• Based on calculations, reputation 47 was more than 250 boards and 47 became standard.

1. If you have a reputation of 55 or higher, you will receive 13SBD for the rental fee.

rent period
It is collected after 1 month based on lease point.
Lease application procedure
Give an application comment.

I confirm the person to be rented and make a confirmation comment.

Send the steam dollars.

After I check, the steam lease will start.

We will post the deadline at the same time as the lease starts.

Precautions
As soon as it is used for the purpose of inhibiting steam generation, it is recovered immediately.

A refund will be processed if you send the Steam Dollars immediately without following the lease application procedure.

We are not responsible for any fluctuations in the steam power value due to fluctuations in the steam price during lease.

Calculation method
The current compensation increase per 500 steam power is $ 0.10.

If you write one article per day for 30 days
0.1 (compensation) x 30 (one month) = $ 3

If you try to write thirteen articles a day and stitmit for 30 days
0.1 (Compensation) × 0.25 (Curating Compensation) × 13 (Number of Boatings per Day) × 30 (1 Month) = $ 9.75

Simple sum of compensation
$ 3.99 + $ 9.75 = $ 12.75

Landlord and tenant compensation distribution

Unless the price of steam continues to fall here, the compensation distribution itself is structured so that I, the landlord, will lose.

Reputation less than 47: Someone who has just started steam, has not yet written an article, and is not active yet. As a member of the Stimit Community, I still think it is not reliable. I have 60% of the expected revenue of the steam power and the tenant has a 40% reward.
Cost: 8 Steam Dollars

Reputation: 47 or better: Less than 55: I think the steam line is the most demanding line. I get 45%, and the tenant gets 55%. Cost: 6 Steam Dollars

For reputation 55 and above: It is well established in the Stimit community and fully understands the need for steam power. I think the purpose of renting steam power is different. I will have an estimated steam yield of 102%. Cost: 13 Steam Dollars

However, if you do your self-voting here, or if you write more than one article a day, the tenant will benefit more than you expect.
