ေနာက္တစ္နည္းကေတာ့ ႀကိတ္ထားတဲ့ ၾကက္ေမာက္ေစ့မႈန္႔ကို ေရေႏြးနဲ႔ ေဖ်ာ္လိုက္ၿပီး ေအးေအာင္ထားပါ။ ၿပီးရင္ အေပၚကေရအၾကည္ကိုပဲေသာက္ၿပီး က်န္တဲ့ အနည္ေတြကို သြန္ပစ္လိုက္ပါ။ တစ္ေန႔ကို ၁ ႀကိမ္ကေန ၃ ႀကိမ္ အထိ ကိုယ့္ရဲ့ ဆီးခ်ိဳ ပမာဏေပၚ မူတည္ၿပီး ေသာက္လို႔ရပါတယ္။
