Hi Friends,
This post is an entry into the weekly Show Us Your California Contest hosted by @socalsteemit where we show an aspect of our California.
It's no secret that -Southern California has many "rich people" areas throughout it, and one of the more famous of such areas is Beverly Hills. I recently spent some time in Beverly Hills at a conference in a swanky hotel. Of course, everything was high end, and the drinks on the outdoor balcony were a lot of fun. Here is one pic:
I took an extra minute or two to drive down Rodeo Drive and look at all the expensive shops - it was quite busy so they seem to be doing fine, despite covid. I didn't get any pics, but I tried to take get a gif of the local average home in the area:
While it's nice to visit these areas, I probably will be looking elsewhere for my next home purchase as the bang for your buck is low in Beverly Hills.
Thanks for coming by and seeing a little part of my California.
Brian
