Hi Friends,
This post is an entry into the weekly Show Us Your California contest hosted by @socalsteemit where we show an aspect of our California.
This week, I wanted to share one of our favorite games that we like to play with friends and family - cornhole!
This is a bean bag game where you are completing against someone else to get the highest score. There are a lot of variations, but the standard point scoring system is 3 points for getting it in the hole and 1 point for it stying on the board.
My family is pretty competitive, so when they came over today to celebrate a couple of birthdays, we pulled out the cornhole and started the competitions. I wish I could say I am great at the game, but I am not that good and only won half of the games I played today... guess I need to practice!

Corn hole is such a fun game!! And it is portable which is awesome. It is very popular here in AZ as well.

Yes! That would be awesome! But unfortunately I'm leaving on vacation and won't be doing the contest for the next few weeks. The contest will continue again weekly after June 10th.
