Local Parks - Show Us Your California

Hi friends,

This post is an entry into the weekly Show Us Your California contest hosted by @socalsteemit where we share an aspect of our California.

The area I live in Southern California is very good at urban planning in general, and there are lots of green spaces and local parks. I was able to explore one local park a bit, and get a few shots that you might enjoy:

Fun times in nature, despite being in an area that is considered densely populated. Of course more green space and parks mean things are more spread out, so it is a good thing we have and extensive freeway system, albeit a crowded one if you go during rush hour.
