Catch and eat off the pier ~ Yellowtail sashimi

A few days ago I caught a 5lb yellowtail off of hermosa beach pier and I filleted it with an opinel #151 fillet knife. We used the head and skeleton as well for soup as well as the scraps, but with the fillets, we made sashimi. Heres a picture of the catch:
