I was at Rawai in April this year. We walked to Promthep cape everyday from Navatara. I had a couple of friends I met who were staying at Phuket Fit and one of our fitness regimes was walking to Promthep Cape every money. We left at 5:30am in the morning in order to avoid the heat. It was an amazing walk, fantastic views. The people were fantastic!!
