这是学习潜水理论课程📖文中提到的，潜水店的dm阿宝哥带我来吃的早餐。这是一家完全非华人开的店所以连店名都不带任何中文字，我没法记下名字。里面的店员也不会讲中文，因为后来我自己来的时候点餐遇到些窘境，索性这次是老司机带来的😊
首先端上桌的是一杯热热的拉茶☕️
其实我昨天在詹全记吃午饭的时候，就有看到本地人几乎人人桌子上都有一杯，或冰镇或热饮，一开始以为是咖啡。端起来喝上一口，非常非常好喝。与国内加了大量奶精和乱七八糟东西噱头十足的奶茶不同，马来西亚的拉茶外表非常普通，但口感纯正。回来查了下资料：
拉茶是马来西亚人民所独创，拉茶其实就是奶茶，马来西亚人称为：“飞茶”。拉茶起源自移民至马来西亚的印度人。拉茶是用两个杯子拉来拉去，拉得越长，起泡越多，味道就会好，它是人们最喜爱和饮用最普遍的含茶饮料。
对咖啡因过敏的童鞋们有福了，我已经帮大家测试过，完全不会出现低血糖之类的症状，可以放心饮用😊
紧接着端上来的是印度飞饼，我们点了香蕉夹心和鸡蛋夹心的🥚🍌
由刚才提到的拉茶我们也可以看到，有很多印度人移民至马来西亚，所以带来了飞饼也不意外。这家店的飞饼是个笑起来很腼腆的小姐姐做的，看不到夸张搞笑的技术。我最喜欢的还是在里面加了那种小香蕉的，甜甜的口感很好。另一种配上鸡蛋的，则是蘸上店里的咖喱酱会比较有味道唷😋

说简单点啦，东南亚主要分三个时期。
汉以前，是他们土著自己玩儿。
唐以前，是印度殖民和印度教的传播。
唐以后，阿拉伯人基本上控制了印度洋海路，大陆上的势力到了现在的阿富汗、巴基斯坦和印度，主要是北部的德里苏丹国和莫卧儿王朝。印度一直以来都比较缺乏强力的集权统治，更不用说对外扩张了。
所以阿拉伯崛起以后，伊斯兰教就不断往这边渗透。
印度和中国有相似的地方，文化不断地往外传播，但是人本身对移民没有太大的倾向，东南亚的印度裔比例应该还不如华人高。。

在东南亚，除了马来西亚与新加坡有一定显著比例的印度人外，其他国家没什么印度裔的，主要是因为印度人是英国人把印度人带来东南亚割树胶（马来西亚，新加坡，印度都是英国殖民地）。
伊斯兰教兴起也有苏丹（马来统治者）带头信奉的因素，马来人传统上很顺从统治者的。

对，印度人对殖民没有多少爱好，还有一部分内部常年混乱不统一的因素。
苏丹是伊斯兰教的称谓啦，应该是说当初的统治者带头皈依，做了苏丹，下面的也就跟着了…

其实我有注意到洗手间马桶边有个小小的喷头，当时没有想通这是干嘛的，回来以后查资料知道有好多印度的移民，然后我就明白了

其实仙本那那里好像印度人不多的，印象中东马较少印度人。多的应该是菲律宾后裔。而那水管是马来人或印度人常用的。。做大事后用的。。
