Sport Futsal For Health

Good evening steemit friends all hope we all in good health always.
In this opportunity I will share my photos about playing futsal

Futsal is a ball game played by two teams, each consisting of five people. The goal is to enter the ball into the opposing goal, by manipulating the ball with the foot.

Futsal game tonight is very exciting, sweat that comes out of the body very much at all. Understandably already lam no exercise, so so exercise sweat out of the body a lot.
