"Decentralized" platform is centralized. Who could've guessed? New idea, but same execution as all the other pyramid schemes.

Well, they have to practice good crapitalism and that means they have to exploit the rules for every steem they can, it's just in the nature of predators and predators prosper under crapitalism.

Maybe here we can shame them into not starving the masses to fuel their cocaine binges, and/or sycophants.
@abit, @smooth have done a good job of letting us get a taste of what whale absence looks like.

It's not perfect but I don't see another platform yet that would be better than Steem. I think "the experiment" is helping the community understand some faults so we can move towards a more equal system.

Yep, when a better one comes along I am likely to join over there.
I was on minds.com until they wouldn't admit that they had sandbagged my view count.
If they had admitted it I would spend more time there.

Never heard of minds.com. Just looking at it now. Is it also blockchain based?

No, but it is in GitHub and mostly open source.
I don't read code and haven't had many coders give me feedback on the real deal.
If you like memes, and need another source of info, they do pretty dang good at that.
The chat is supposed to be secure, and mobile has video chat.
