material :

Corn flour - 1 cup
Wheat flour - ½ cup
Oil - 2 TBSP
Salt-flavored
Turmeric powder- ¼ teaspoon
Oregano-¼ teaspoon
Oil-to fry

Method :

First of all, add 2 TBSP oil to the corn and wheat flour in the vessel, add salt, turmeric powder and ajvain and give the molon and knead the dough with low water and keep this dough covered for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, make the small dough of flour and apply the oil and roll it off like a thin thin pulp.
Now let the whole place take a little space with a spoon of spinach and then cut it in a triangle with a knife.
Likewise, prepare all the nachos.

Heat the oil in the pan and knead all the chips until it becomes golden brown.

Now add ½ teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon chiliilli powder, ½ teaspoon amchoor powder and ¼ teaspoon black pepper powder in a bowl. Sprinkle this spice, lightly and lightly over the nachoes and mix it. Crispy and spicy nachos chips are ready.
