حطم الطفل الأمريكي كلارك كينت البالغ من العمر 10 أعوام، الرقم القياسي للسباح الأولمبي الأمريكي الشهير مايكل فيلبس، وذلك في مسابقة 100 متر فراشة في بطولة الغرب الأقصى الأمريكية.
وتوّج كينت بذهبية السباق محققا دقيقة واحدة و 9.38 ثانية متفوقا بأكثر من ثانية على رقم فيليبس القياسي في هذا السباق، والذي سجله عام 1995.
وقال مدرب كلارك :" بدأ كلارك السباحة بعمر ست سنوات، إنه مختلف عن كل السباحين الذين عملت معهم، ومتميز دائما عن منافسيه، إنه موهوب في كل شيء".

A 10 year old boy breaks the famous swimmer Phelps
The 10-year-old American child, Clark Kent, broke the record for American Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps in the 100-meter butterfly competition at the West American Championship.
Kent was crowned the gold medalist with one minute and 9.38 seconds, more than a second on the record Phillips record in 1995.
"Clark started swimming at the age of six, he's different from all the swimmers I've worked with, always distinguished from his rivals. He's talented in everything," Clark said.
Phelps has won 23 gold medals at the Olympic Games, 26 times the world championship and announced his retirement after the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
