Last meal from old friend

From what is already seen all is fine with this one-serving dish we can be sure it's only treats from the old classmates back when they were with them, but this could make it even more bizarre by suddenly treating this food, unexpectedly he can do that for me even he has vanished already in the past but he will reappear.
