Wetin dey kill ur Kidney

Good morning my country people. How una dey. How July? I believe say the month carry plenty favour come. This na rainy season and the rain dey vex dey fall my area no be small. How una side? The rain dey fall abi una no dey see am at all. Anyway e better like this so that our farmers go see plenty things harvest and food go dey yakata.

Today na Thursday and naijapidgin don carry mata come una domot. Today we go dey talk about our body. This we human body dey very important and e make sense make we maintain am. Nobody want kpeme before time and na im make am dey important make we dey check wetin we dey eat and wetin we dey do make we no damage we organ. Na one of the organ I want talk about today.

E get some habits wey we dey do sometimes but we no know say even though we know know wetin we dey do, e dey damage our body dey kill us small small especially the organ wey Dem dey call kidney. Wetin be this habits? Oya follow me make I yarn una some of am.

1.) When you no dey drink enough water.

Drinking water good well well for we body . No be only say e dey make our food wey e chop digest well, e still prevent wetin oyibo dey call "kidney stone". Our kidney dey use water before e go work well and the kidney dey very important for we body as e get many work wey e dey do. If water hungry you, abeg find water drink. No dey wait until the throat dey finish before you find water drink. Even small children need water well well .

2.) Take am easy dey chop salt.

Salt dey make food sweet but too much of an no good. Some people go even sprinkle raw salt on top food because they feel say salt no catch the food. Some go sprinkle am for fruit before Dem chop am. Na your kidney you dey murder small small so. Any food abi snacks wey get too much salt no good for body. Salt contain sodium wey too much of am dey damage kidney. Instead dey chop Fruits and vegetable.

3.) Make you dey exercise.

Exercise na wetin Dem don tell us tire all the better benefits wey e get. Exercise dey keep body and we heart make e dey work well dey pump blood well to avoid say e just fall come die. Abeg make we dey exercise. No wait till you get money register for gym. Any distance wey no far abeg leave motto Waka the distance. No be Everytime you go dey drive. Sometimes just dey house jumo up or shake body e go help the kidney dey strong.

4.) Abeg dey sleep.

Sleep dey important for our body. When we dey sleep our body dey work and when we wake up we go be like baby we Dem just born. If you no dey sleep well, if e make your blood pressure dey high and e go still fit cause your kidney to damage. No because you dey find money cause another kasala for your body. Na who dey alive dey chop money.
