Utensilios: Tazón grande, olla, frascos para envasar.
1 1/2 kilo de azúcar; 25 naranjas de cáscara gruesa (se utiliza
sólo la cáscara); sal; 3 rajas de canela.
• Se pelan las naranjas, procurando no destrozar las cáscaras,
que se cortan en forma de hojas. Se ponen a remojar en agua
con sal por tres días.
• Se enjuagan y se ponen en una olla con agua a que las cubra,
se agrega el azúcar y la canela y se hierve hasta que forme una
miel espesa.
• Se saca y se envasa en frascos esterilizados.
• Se sirve con helado de vainilla o queso fresco.
