Page From Narconon Course Book: There is no right or wrong?

This is an actual page from the coursebook at Narconon Fresh Start, a front group for Scientology? Why would a rehab center attempt to disprove the existence of absolute right and wrong?

A rehab center wouldn't. A cult certainly would.

The Dynamics are a principle introduced by LRH that attempts to trick people into choosing priorities (and making decisions) based on the projected effects of the decision, categorized into groups such as the environment, other people, and the group of people. The bogus principle is an attempt to get people to rationalize mistreatment of others, which is necessary to grow Scientology.

Instead of following Christ, members of the Church of Scientology follow their own desires and the desires of L Ron Hubbard.
