It does not make sense. The sounds of the videos are probably synthetized. In the site of the NASA you can find real "sounds" of the eletromagnetic emissions of some of this planets.
But on the other hand if you listen closely to saturn's rings you can hear the infamous screams of saturn. So figure it out.
