Sunday, 08 Apr 2018 For the first time, the US Space Agency (NASA) is preparing to produce a sound (superSonic) flying soundproof aircraft for the first time. The designing of this aircraft has been such that it will be different from other supersonic planes. Its speed will be faster than the sound but people will not be heard on the ground. Current rules prevent topical aircrafts from landing at the passenger airports.
Because of this, NASA will use data from this supersonic aircraft to make supersonic aircraft for urban flights so that there is no problem in landing at the passenger airports. NASA has signed an agreement with Aeronautics Company Lockheed Martin for $ 247.5 million (about $ 16.12 billion) for this X-plane. The company will hand over to the aircraft agency by the end of 2021. Jim Lane, joint administrator of NASA's Aeronautics Department, said that we are very excited about it. For the benefit of everyone, there has been a long tradition of solving technical barriers of supersonic flight.
Use data to create supersonic passenger aircraft
NASA's preparation is to submit all data related to the public on 2025 by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICOOO). Subsequent commercial operations of supersonic aircraft will be done.
