What is India? - A country or a Crowd

It's been since a while that India have secured 2nd position all over the world, having population over 1.3 billion. The numbers are increasing devastatingly and hardly providing any ample arrangements to the coming future, either by 80% of parents or 100% of Government.

Now the country is known lesser for it's name and more for it's crowd. Without blaming either of the community, it's the people who are residing over there, who are to be nominated. In a village (#over 1 lakh villages in India) the evening entertainment either relies over Alcohol or sex. Resulting into giving birth to more than half a dozen kids/ nuclear family. Just to remind you, villages are 1 lakh. Averaging around 1000 people per village.
Second major factor goes to the community, especially Momdens who follows a similar tendancy of making n number of kids like villagers but for reasons best known to them.
If the country really want to get hold with it's name rather knowing for it's so called Crowd. The desired Governments needs to take some bold and anticipating steps that may sound awkward for once but definitely will save future of those who really deserved it and those who are born but going to have a begger's or a low life, I can only have sympathy with them.
