I was trying to finish a day with the posting about chicken,,,; but I thought it’d be better to make a post about a suitcase that just arrived at my house… you know I realized that sellers should brace for every situation that buyer can face.

On the 20th, we had a family gathering.. and we went shopping.. you know since I made some good money off of cryptocurrency so I just wanted to spend it for my family.

We decided to go shopping at ‘If Outlet’ in Gwangyang… however I was so busy at work that I went there late so I couldn’t get around much…. You know we are planning to go on a trip with our child this winter, and figured our suitcase is too small… so we decided to buy it

This is the suitcase we bought…. Well I was ignorant as well, so it is not all my fault but it would have been much better if it were more set up.

nyway I bought it, and it was my first time buying a luggage with great brand. I got 30 percent off of regular price, so I bought it for 300,000 Korean Won, they offered to bring it to my house as well, so I was happy about it.

I got it this morning, I opened it and when I was seeing the manual, I realized this suitcase supports bluetooth feature. I was very embarrassed, but I took a breath and tried to register it online, now this is when I was in panic….

3 problems

1. I tried to register it online, bluetooth doesn’t really work and when I was on their homepage, I couldn’t even find serial number
2. I even signed up but it won’t me log in
3. I tried to change password, and it won’t let me change it either..

well after troubleshooting all of these problems above, I realized I haven’t been really used suitcase before and maybe a seller wasn’t smart enough to send me more details about it. I wish it had more explanation…. I am posting it so that people won’t make mistakes like what I made

Resolution

1. This is Premium Suitcase 26inch which I purchased. This is the model that didn’t have serial number. Well, I am not sure a lot of other models on the internet mall doesn’t really give one….? Please let me know if I am wrong.
   
   You have to register in by using application. According to a manual, it explains well, and it is simple but it doesn’t really specify what I should do when bluetooth doesn’t work. I found a way to replace a battery.. however, it didn’t even have number for warranty… and how I found out is by reading comments on App Store…. Well It would have been much better if they specified it… how unkind right?

When I opened a zipper of suitcase and took a look at the wheels, I could open the battery. All you gotta do is open it with a screwdriver, and change AAA battery. When I opened it, battery looked rusty… well according to the manual, it should be over 1 year…. Did it come out a warehouse?… anyway it looked okay, so I wouldn’t care less.. after changing the battery, everything went smoothly.

Just as this, registration is completed.

1. I tried to register it online by my mobile phone, it was going well on my mobile phone, but clicking on it wouldn’t work….. how annoying…. I tried to register it online by my desktop computer. You know I am a Mac user, so I tried to do it on Safari…… my conclusion is that do not use Safari for it,

2. I used Google Chrome instead and it worked… reason why I told you to use Chrome instead of Safari.

3. Password….. this is the mistake I made because I haven’t really used it, and wasn’t really aware of it
   
   This red one…. I didn’t know it was cab so I pushed it aside…. It was a big mistake anyway red mark is like a safe cab so don’t worry about it….. push it and change the password.

Wow, it took really a long time..

Now that I am done with everything, I removed the tag. I am posting it so that people that are having a hard time registering for it can be more knowledgable about it. If anyone who is working for National

Geography Suitcase, please add more explanation so that people won’t be confused
