65th National Film Awards were Announced Today: 65th National Film Awards were announced today Vinod Khanna, who is the most handsome star in the North Central period of Hindi cinema, has been selected for this year's Dadasaheb Phalke Award. They will be honored posthumously.

Amit Masqarar's newton made on the story of the election officer who went to contest the election in Naxal-affected village, Newton was selected for Best Hindi Film. Rajkumar Rao has played a strong role in this film and the film has been sent as the official film of India in the Oscars foreign movie section this year but this film could not be reached in the first five. National Film Award will be given to three May President Ramnath Kovind at Delhi's hands.

Under the National Awards, Village Rockstar, directed by Rima Das, will be conferred the award for this year's Best Film. Riddhi Sen will be conferred with this year's Best Actor Award for his Bengali film Nagarkirtan while Jayaraj will be conferred the best director of this time for his Malayalam film Bhayankam.
