Kaziranga National Park is situated in Golaghat and Nagaon District of the state of Assam, India. The park is home to large population of one-horned Rhinoceros, Elephants, Tigers, Buffalo and swampy deers.

Kaziranga National Park 430 square kilometres area. Sprinkled with elephant grass meadows. Over the time the tiger population has also increased in Kaziranga. Also the park is recognised as an important Bird area by Birdlife linternational conservation of avifaunal species. Birds like Asian openbill stork, Ferruginous duck, Baers pochard duck, white fronted goose.

Kaziranga National Park is one of the major wildlife tourists attractive in India. The park is open from 1st November to 30th April.
