It was the year 1965, the month of July 7th the song in fashion was "I cant get no satisfaction by the rolling stones, most people were probably soul linked to that particular song- it-seemed true, especially for a solicitor from the United States department of interior ., Mr. H.E. Hayden, who couldn't get no satisfaction for his friends , Frank Trask a caretaker for natives and his wife Elenore, a half native and Mexican woman from Mesa Grande reservation.
Mr. Hayden from the department of interior couldn't get any satisfaction knowing that his friends and caretaker Frank Trask from Ohio and his wife Lenora from Mesa Grande, could not be enrolled into the San Pascual tribe -under the federal stature of 25.CFR.48.5 which calls for "blood of the band" Blood of San Pascual line only " So, Mr. Hayden took it upon himself to a add a "construction" to the San Pascual Native enrollment law, a law, that Mr. Hayden, had no jurisdiction -changing. Mr. Hayden, also based his action on Frank Trask's and Lenora's long term tenancy on the San Pascual reservation without regard to the consequences or the San Pascual natives.
Mr. Frank Trask from Ohio- before hand- was appointed the care taker for the San Pascual Indians in the year I9I0, at that point in time, Mr. Frank Trask and his wife Lenora from Mesa Grande would cause deliberate harm to the San Pascual Indians, manipulating their government funding- lying to the department of interior, that the SP natives were still on the reservation enjoying life but in all reality they were left with no funding and finally pushed out of their reservation by "Frank Trask- at gun point "claiming the land was his and his families' as a result the San Pascual native had to flee to the mountains into the rocks.
On that particular day in July, Mr. Hayden had not been aware that in his zeal of ignorance, his action would change the course of history for the San Pascual Kumeyaay Indians. When Mr. Hayden added that "construction" into the San Pasqual enrollment law- to accommodate his Ohio Mesa Grande friend and wife, "he by passed the federal statute that ordained the San Pascual tribes own enrollment 25.CFR.48.5. " allowing the white settler Frank Trask from Ohio and his half native wife Lenora from (Mesa Grande)) to be enrolled into the San Pascual tribe, as a result it caused a catastrophe of problems with the original people who discord made the Mesa Grande Ohio settlers enemies a conflict that has lasted 112. years…
Mr. Franks Trask's descendants are still here on The San Pascual reservation. They include Allen Lawson , David Toler and Along with 90 non -native families who are not connected to the original San Pascual natives. They have taken power of the tribe for decades, still pushing the Original San Pascual Indians out, manipulating funding and causing severe thievery and corruption
