To safely prepare the breasts to the functions to which nature has destined them, once every day should be neatly washed with warm boiled water arnicada (Green Arnica), using sterilized cotton.

The best arnica tincture is the one that is sold for external use, prepared with the fresh plant (Arnica Alcohol), which gives the green tincture.
It is mixed with boiled water, in the proportion of one teaspoon of tea for each large glass of warm boiled water.

Before applying the harnessed water, it is very good practice to wash the indicated parts with warm water with soda, in order to remove all the oil from the skin, which would make the remedy's action more difficult.

Inside, Arnica Montana avoids miscarriage, because it narrows the vessels and gives a very great consistency; and the 6th dilution should be taken as a preventive, three or four times a day; and if it is a remedy due to a presentiment of miscarriage, every 5 minutes, every quarter, every half, or every hour, according to the danger or indications of a good Homeopath, and there will be no miscarriage.

Now: I must say that without being a doctor, but with a rational conscience, I have experienced in some cases the effects of Arnica Montana, and it gave results beyond those that my science conceived, and the most transcendental was operated a few days before I began to write this post.
