In essence, we have two choices when we put food into our body.
Natural or Man Made.
Lets say we are using supplements. In essence, we want natural and not man made.
If you want to increase vitamin C, we eat foods that will naturally create vitamin C. But what if you don’t think you are eating enough of these foods daily, to guarantee you have enough and you won’t get your friends cold.

Food is important for life, and should be respected as such. The immune system needs food. It seems understandable. The body makes chemicals for each part of the body to work properly. The immune system protects the body.
