Ever wondered about a tree that produces 40 kinds of fruits? If so, this exists even if it sounds false.
Award-winning Syracuse University artist Sam Van Aken has created a hybrid taking all of his knowledge, called "The Tree of the 40 Fruits." AMAZING!!
In July this is where the "magic" is performed, this wonderful tree grows 40 different types of fruit including cherries, apricots, peaches and even almonds.
As it did?
After developing a timeline on the 250 species and when they blossomed in relation to each other, he added a few of them to the root of a single tree. When his "tree in process" took about 2 years, he added more varieties as separate branches. This type of intervention is called "Chip budding".
