Why should you consume goat milk?
Goat milk contains more Calcium, Potassium, and Phosphor than cow milk. These minerals are essential for the growth processes and are key components in many biochemical changes constantly happening in your body. Consumption of only 100 g of whole fat goat cheese fulfills your daily calcium requirement. Goat milk also contains more fat than cow milk and in this aspect, it’s very similar to human breast milk. It contains many healthy monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids. The energy received from them is used for metabolism and to keep a stable body temperature. They don’t have tendencies to be stored in the fat cells of the body. Many scientists also believe that they decrease the bad cholesterol and dissolve the existent venous deposits. Thanks to that goat milk is recommended for people with intestinal problems, coronary artery disease, and gallstones.

It has anti-inflammatory properties thanks to vitamins A, C, E, and glutathione enzymes (contains twice as much as human breast milk). Drinking goat milk also delivers amino acids to the body; and those most valuable, unable to be produced by the body- exogenous. A glass of goat milk fulfills 10-15 % of the requirement for these substances. However, 100 g of goat cheese fulfills the entire daily requirement.

You can also say that goat milk is medicine. Studies show that 90% of children with early stages of asthma can be entirely cured by eliminating cow milk and introducing goat milk. The same is true for other respiratory system alignments such as tuberculosis.

Other uses of goat milk
The use of goat milk doesn’t stop with medicine or in the kitchen. Thanks to fatty acids such as linoleic acid it is also a great ingredient in cosmetics. It’s great for hair and skincare. It has a neutral pH, which makes it great for the skin. The lactic acid protects it and brings back the proper pH of the skin. Thanks to it, it is protected from unbeneficial bacteria. It also moisturizes and stimulates epidermal regeneration processes.
