Few days ago, I sent a post on using banana peels to whiten your teeth titled "Waste To health- Using Banana Peel to Whiten your teeth" where I outlined the mineral compositions of banana skin and how to use it for bright sparkling teeth.
Today's episode on waste to health is centered on another method of using banana peel, this time facially to brighten your face and remove Acme and or Pimples.
Using banana Peel to brighten your skin
Inside of the banana peel brightens your skin same way it whitens your teeth.
Gently rub the inner peel on your skin or face for some minutes ( like 3 minutes) and leave onto the skin for like 20 minutes. then wash off afterwards. Repeat 2 or 3 x daily
**Using Banana peel to treat Acme
**
Inside of the banana peels has been used successfully in treating blemishes and acne as it contains antioxidants and nutrients which helps pesky breakout.
Ensure you get a ripe banana, cut your banana peels into small bits to make it easier to apply on your face. Then rub the inside of the banana peel on your face until it turns brown. Leave it to dry, as it does your skin will absorb the vitamins and nutrients in the peel. Ensure you leave it for like 30 minutes and wash off with warm water.

Also using banana peel on your face will also help get rid of pimples, dark spots, treats eczema and psoriasis, ensures your skin is hydrated, brings natural glow into your face etc.

I missed the post about bananas whitening teeth, but that’s awesome. I’m really interested in the skin healing properties. My daughter breaks with eczema a couple times a year and my daughter-in-law deals with psoriasis. We’re definately going to try this!
