I'm so glad you entered and shared your story!!! I'm glad you were able to find natural remedies for your hair and skin, those are big aspects of overall health!

    Thanks! I agree they are big aspects of overall health. We take vitamins, minerals, natural supplements and drink distilled water. Making most of our meals from scratch and choosing organic when we can get it is part of our over all healthy living style. We have so much to learn about natural remedies and medicines and I'm so glad to find this group!
