Arthritis Be Gone

I got this one from my allopathic primary care physician of all people, the doctor I only go to once a year to get some annual harmless diagnostic tests done. (I get all this for “free”, if you don’t count the $5040 dollars a year I send to the insurance company as protection fees. Don’t even get me started.)

I’ve been having problems with my thumbs. I diagnosed it myself as arthritis and the doctor concurred. She offered to order some invasive tests just to be sure but those I refused. She asked me if I wanted a flu shot and I refused. She looked up my nose, told me like she always does that I have a sinus infection, and offered prescriptions for steroids and an antibiotic, both of which I refused.

Yanina has been my doctor for a while now and lately she has coughed up, as if under duress, a remedy that I will actually do. This time she suggested two things: that I plunge my hands into molten beeswax, and the remedy I’m writing about today.

First off let me tell you I am not sure I am doing it “right”, but I am sure it has helped. This remedy is currently a bit of a fad in the general population, because it supposedly makes your body more alkaline so that it is less hospitable to cancer. I sure don’t understand the science of how putting an acid down your gullet in the morning makes your body more alkaline, but there it is.

Here’s my method:

When I am nearing the bottom of a jar of raw honey, I throw a couple tablespoons of apple cider vinegar into the jar. After a bit of time and a few shakes, all the stuck on honey is dissolved in the vinegar, and I have one fewer jars to let soak at the sink - this jar now officially contains a remedy.

I put one small glug of the remedy in a glass of water first thing in the morning and sip that while I’m doing early morning chores, which at my house mostly means making coffee and feeding animals.

That’s it. I do this for a few days until that batch of the remedy is gone, and along with the easy to clean jar I get pain free thumbs. Win-win.

The image is mine. One of these days I'll ask for help making my posts pop.

Thank you. I’m struggling with some arthritic neck stuff. I have been recommended to start an alkaline diet.
I like things with multiple benefits, easily clean a jar and simultaneously go alkaline.... sweet moves!

I hope it helps! I'd also add some comfrey to your neck, poultice, tincture, or salve if you haven't already. I do this for any injury, and it also helps injury-induced arthritis. My next entry is going to include comfrey for injury. Thank you for stopping by, and for the sweet upvote!
